Affected vehicles are 2019–2020 LFS commercial buses whose driver's door windows may be missing the prime glazing manufacturer's DOT code mark, used to identify glazing that meets FMVSS 205 "Glazing Materials." The missing DOT code mark means a window could be replaced with an incorrect type of glass, which can reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Nova Bus will replace the glass panels free of charge; owner letters were mailed January 20, 2026, owners can call 1-450-472-6410 (recall CR5805), and VINs will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning January 30, 2026.
