2024-2025 Grancabrio and other models recall: Missing headlight aim adjustment Caps/FMVSS 108

Certain 2024–2025 Grancabrio and 2024–2025 Granturismo vehicles, and 2023–2025 Grecale vehicles, may have headlights missing adjustment prevention caps that can allow the headlights to be improperly adjusted. Maserati says the defect causes noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 108 and that improperly aimed headlights can reduce visibility and increase crash risk. Maserati will inspect and, if necessary, install one or two caps free of charge; owner letters were mailed November 25, 2025, owners may call 877-696-2737, and VINs will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning October 28, 2025.
