2025–2026 Ram 1500, Ram 2500, Ram 3500 pickups and Ram 3500, 4500, 5500 cab chassis vehicles are affected; they can be identified by model year and type and may have an instrument panel cluster display that is blank. They were recalled because a software error can cause the instrument panel display to be blank, failing FMVSS 135, 105 and 102 and increasing the risk of a crash. Dealers will inspect and update the instrument panel software or replace the instrument panel cluster free of charge; owner letters were mailed December 18, 2025, and Chrysler can be reached at 800-853-1403 (recall B4C/B8C).
