They were recalled because the headsets may emit a very loud feedback noise (measured up to 106 dBA) that risks serious injury from permanent tinnitus. Units with manufacture dates (YYYY/DD) from 2025/11 (11th month 2025) to 2026/02 (2nd month 2026) may be affected. The manufacture date is located on the outside of the cup or the box label.

The hazard
The headsets may emit a very loud feedback noise (measured up to 106 dBA) through the headset speakers.
Risk of serious injury from permanent tinnitus from the loud feedback noise.
