The hazard
The internal metal rod that supports the flower stem may penetrate the material of the flower or the stem and be exposed.
Risk of serious injury to face or eyes of young children during play or use if the metal rod is exposed from the toy.
What to do
Stop using the toy immediately and place out of reach of any children.
Return the toy to an Adairs Retail Store for a full refund.
Alternatively, contact Adairs Customer Service for a pre-paid label to post the toy back to Adairs, who will then issue a full refund.
