The hazard
The shoe’s heel may become detached during wear without warning.
Risk of serious injury from falls if the shoe’s heel detaches while being worn. Incidents of the heel detaching have occurred.
What to do
Stop wearing the heels immediately.
Contact the FRANKIE4 Customer Care team to arrange to return the heels and receive a full refund issued to your original payment method. The return will be arranged at no cost to you. Alternatively, return the heels to any FRANKIE4 Concept Store.
