The product has been recalled from end users by Axkid. Visit Product Safety Message - Axkid to register for a free replacement Axkid Minikid 4 Pro.
You will need the Car Seat ID to register. You can find your Car Seat ID on the product label underneath your car seat, as pictured above. It starts with “E9”.
