Pyro Diablo “Diablo Rising” 9 Shots fireworks device (model PD‑C5001) sold by Bada Boom Fireworks in Pennsylvania and packaged with an orange dragon on a blue and purple background, with the brand name, product name, item number and warning labels on the top and front, is recalled. The fireworks exceed the federal pyrotechnic composition limit for aerial devices, posing deadly explosion and burn hazards because overloaded fireworks can explode more than expected. Owners should stop using them immediately and contact Bada Boom Fireworks for a full refund and to return the device to Bada Boom retail locations (phone 570‑646‑9029, email badaboomfireworks@yahoo.com, or https://shop.badaboomfireworkspa.com/diablo-rising-recall).

The hazard
