Electrical United Kingdom Recall of product from end users

Electra E-Bikes recall

Electra pedal-assisted electric bicycles (brand Electra) — models MY21‑MY22 Navigator Go!, MY21‑MY22 Ace of Spades Go! and MY18 Ace of Spades Go! — are being recalled from end users by Trek. The bolts holding the rear fender do not have a threadlocker and can loosen and fall off, allowing the fender to rotate under the rear wheel and potentially cause loss of control; the bikes do not meet the Supply of Machinery (Safety) Regulations 2008. Owners should contact their local Trek or Electra retailer to check if their bike is affected and to book a service appointment for replacement rear mudguard bolts and threadlockers.
