Green World Group pack of eight lithium button batteries (3 V), sold in cardboard and plastic blister packaging and labelled “Batterien 8 Stück Knopfzellen”, type/model 75725 CR2032, barcode 4038732757257, made in China, is affected. It was recalled because the packaging is not childproof so the batteries are easily accessible and may cause choking or gastrointestinal damage if ingested, and it does not comply with the General Product Safety Regulation or EN 60086-4. The product has been removed from online marketplaces (voluntary).

The hazard
