The hazard
Health Canada’s sampling and evaluation program has determined that these strollers do not meet the Carriages and Strollers Regulations in Canada. The strollers may tip over while in use, posing fall and injury hazard to children. The leg opening in front of the seat can allow a child’s torso to fit through, posing a serious risk of injury due to entrapment. In addition, certain areas around the seat may expose children to shearing or pinching hazards.
As of September 25th, 2026, the company has received no reports of incident and no reports of injury in Canada.
