United KingdomThe Kaak Dough Driem Line bread-forming machine (Kaak Dough Technology; serial numbers 70176J - 80263101) is affected. It presents a high risk of entrapment because a fixed guard can be bypassed and opened without tools, allowing access to the moving belt, rollers and in‑running nip. The manufacturer has started a modification programme: an anti‑tampering cover that requires specific tooling will be retrofitted to the five machines supplied in Great Britain and fitted to new machines before sale.
