Liuqibax-branded adult portable bed rails, model BR-11, black or white, about 30.5 inches wide by 40.5 inches tall, with “LIUQIBAX” on the packaging are affected. They were recalled because they can allow users to become entrapped within the rail or between the rail and the mattress, posing an entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation, and they lack required hazard warning labels. Stop using the rails immediately and contact Luqiba at Liuqibax@outlook.com for a full refund; you will be asked to dismantle and destroy the rails (cut off the safety strap and storage bag, write “RECALLED” on upper and lower rails), email a photo of the destroyed rails to that address, then dispose of the product.
