The hazard
Non-compliant cords and drawstrings.
Part: Drawstring at trouser hem.
Findings: (1) The hem drawstring is not secured with bar tacks. (2) The drawstring including toggle extends below the hem.
Standard requirement: (1) Where a drawstring is used, it must be secured with at least one bar tack at an equidistant point from the exit opening. (2) Drawstrings including toggles must not extend below the hem.
