The recalled product is the Noerishia adult portable bed rail (black, 24 inches wide by 36 inches tall, carbon steel, about 8.4 pounds), Model KDB-504B, Batch SO2025111104, with Noerishia branding on the instruction manual. It was recalled because it violates the mandatory standard for adult portable bed rails — users can become entrapped within the rail or between the rail and mattress, posing a serious entrapment hazard and risk of death by asphyxiation, and it lacks required hazard warning labels. Consumers should stop using the bed rail immediately and contact Hurzein at NoerishiaBedRailsRecall@outlook.com for a refund; consumers will be asked to cut off the gray foam handgrip padding and cut the securing straps in half, then photograph the destroyed bed rail and email the photo to that address.
