Oxyled metal GU10 luminaire (models 453893, Crosti Canna Due; barcode 5902701453893), packaged in a cardboard box and originating from the People’s Republic of China, sold in Poland, is affected. It was withdrawn because internal elements can contact the metal casing, wires are inadequately insulated and can tear, and the casing can allow access to live parts, creating an electric shock risk and non‑compliance with the Low Voltage Directive and EN 60598-1/EN 60598-2-1. The manufacturer has voluntarily withdrawn the product from the market and is warning consumers of the risks.
