It was recalled because small plastic parts can detach and cause choking and because cords/chains are too long, posing a strangulation risk; it does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive or EN 71-1. The product is being recalled from consumers and removed from the online marketplace (voluntary).

The hazard
The toy has small parts (plastic components) that can easily detach. A small child could put them in the mouth and choke. Moreover, the product contains cords/chains that are too long. They could entangle around the neck of the child and create a risk of strangulation.
