A Suveniiritehas soft toy shaped like a husky dog, about 12 cm high, made of grey and beige plush with a blue decorative bow, is affected. It was recalled because the plastic nose can detach and the seams are weak, making the nose and fibrous stuffing easily accessible and posing a choking risk to small children; the product does not comply with the Toy Safety Directive and EN 71‑1, and the manufacturer has voluntarily stopped sales and recalled it from consumers.

The hazard
The toy has a small part (plastic nose) that can easily detach. Small children may put it in the mouth and choke. Additionally, the fibrous stuffing material of the toy is easily accessible due to the weakness of the seams. A small child may put the filling material in the mouth and choke.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.
