They were recalled because the loose or raised metal can cause cuts or scratches and an incident has occurred. The hazard
On affected tea infusers, sections of the metal finish on the top metal rim may be loose or raised.
Risk of injury from cuts or scratches by the loose or raised section of the tea infuser when used. An incident of a consumer being scratched has occurred.
What to do
Stop using the product immediately and inspect the product for loose or raised metal materials on the tea infuser.
If your product is affected, contact Frank Green to arrange for a full refund and dispose of the product in accordance with local waste disposal requirements.
