It was recalled because an internal fault can cause the hub to overheat, burn and melt, risking serious injury, death or property damage; stop using and disconnect it immediately, then contact JasonL for a refund, replacement options or assistance.

The hazard
Due to an internal fault the power hub can overheat, burn and melt.
Risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage from fire or electric shock. Incidents have occurred.
What to do
1. Stop using affected products immediately and disconnect from the power supply.
2. Contact JasonL to arrange for one of the below remedies:
a full refund with a cable cover supplied to cover the opening in your desk.
a replacement product without wireless charging functionality with a partial refund.
a like for like replacement product.
