The electronic controller may not keep speed permanently limited to 25 km/h, so the scooter can exceed the limit, risking loss of control, falls and injuries, and it does not comply with the Machinery Directive or EN 17128. The importer is carrying out a voluntary consumer recall and market withdrawal.

The hazard
