Victgoal children’s bicycle helmets (red, size small for head circumference about 19.68–21.25 inches) marked “Model HT-006,” “Production: 2025/11” and “Ref/Lot# 2025A1101,” with red padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern, a black/red buckle and a black fit-adjusting knob—sold on Walmart.com in March–June 2026—are recalled. They violate the mandatory bicycle helmet standard (noncompliant retention system, positional stability and certification) and can fail to protect, posing a risk of serious injury or death. Stop using the helmet immediately and contact Victgoal at walmart@victgoal.com for a full refund; you will be asked to cut the straps, photograph the destroyed helmet showing the production date, send the photo to that email, and then dispose of the helmet.

What's being recalled

This recall involves Victgoal-branded bicycle helmets. The red helmets were sold in size small (S), fitting a head circumference of about 19.68 to 21.25 inches. The helmets have red padding, black straps with a silver reflective pattern in the center, a black and red buckle and a black fit-adjusting knob at the back. Only helmets manufactured in November 2025 are included in this recall. "Model HT-006," "Production: 2025/11" and "Ref/Lot# 2025A1101" are printed on a label on the inside of the helmet. "Victgoal" is printed on the product packing bag.

The hazard

Incidents and injuries: None reported.
