They were recalled because they violate the mandatory mattress flammability standard, posing a risk of serious injury or death from fire. Stop using the mattress immediately and contact Xinan Home at WinxMatrsMattressRecall@outlook.com for a full refund; consumers will be asked to mark “RECALLED” on the mattress top and label and send photos of the marked mattress and label to that email.
