Certain 2025 KTM 390 Adventure R, 390 SMC R, 390 Adventure X, and 390 Enduro R motorcycles are recalled because engine vibrations may cause the side stand spring to break and the side stand to fall to the ground, which can shut off the ignition and increase crash risk. Owners are advised to secure the side stand before riding until dealers replace the side stand spring and install a new side stand sensor retaining plate free of charge. Owner letters are expected to be mailed on February 17, 2026; KTM customer service can be reached at 1-888-985-6090.
