2027 Pause travel trailers recall: Fireplace may have incorrect clearance

What's being recalled

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2027 Pause travel trailers. The fireplace installed may have incorrect clearance from the cabinet.

How to identify it

NHTSA campaign 26V715000; Manufacturer campaign 426-2113

The hazard

Incorrect fireplace clearance increases the risk of a fire.

What to do

Dealers will install a spacer for proper clearance between the fireplace and cabinet, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 7, 2026. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-535-2748. Forest River's number for this recall is 426-2113.
