The seatbelt-style wheelchair restraint retractors may not lock, which can prevent a wheelchair from being properly secured and increase the risk of injury. Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors as necessary free of charge; owner letters were mailed February 16, 2026, and owners may call International at 1-800-448-7825 (recall 25526).
