CanadaArgon Medical Devices L-Cath™ PICC and L-Cath™ Midline catheters (model/catalogue numbers 384516, 384464 and 384539) with lot/serial numbers 11506952, 11501856, 11551789, 11559226, 11523868, 11501150, 11494886, 11490593 and 11551488 are affected. They were recalled after reports of leaking and/or cracking at the catheter hub; a cracked hub on a PICC may compromise the integrity of the closed intravenous system.
