Health & beauty Canada Health product recall

Arjo Tenor Mobile Lift

Arjo Tenor Mobile Lift units (models KHA1000‑US, TEN.107, KHA1010‑US; affected units have lot or serial numbers described as “more than 10 numbers”—contact the manufacturer for specifics) are affected. A supplier‑related brake component defect in the lift actuator may cause loss of self‑locking and sudden uncontrolled descent under load, so all affected units must be removed from use immediately and remain out of service until the actuator is replaced by authorized Arjo service personnel. Contact the manufacturer for additional information.
