Brake calipers with part numbers BC155111 and BC155110 sold as replacement parts for 2008–2025 Ford E‑450 Super Duty vehicles are affected; you can recognize them by those part numbers. The caliper piston bore wall may not meet specification and can fracture, potentially causing loss of brake fluid and brake pressure and increasing the risk of a crash. Motorcar Parts of America will work with and reimburse independent third‑party installers to inspect and replace the rear brake calipers free of charge; owner letters were mailed March 24, 2026, and MPA can be reached at 1‑833‑758‑0239.
