The reason for this recall is to notify users that the specific lot of the anesthesia kit contains Clearlink IV sets manufactured by Baxter Healthcare which have been recalled due to reports of leaking. Cardinal Health was recently informed of a medical recall from Baxter Healthcare concerning the Clearlink IV sets referenced above. The recall is being issued due to customer reports of leaks.
