The products were compounded with a glutathione API containing elevated endotoxin levels and Centric has received nine reports of fever, chills, chest pain, nausea/vomiting, headache, and/or malaise. Consumers should stop using and discard any affected vials; Centric is arranging replacements.
What's being recalled
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 9/9/2026 – Houston, Texas, Centric Compounding is voluntarily recalling 6 lots of Glutathione 200mg/mL, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost injectable vials to the consumer level. The products have been found to be compounded with a Glutathione API containing elevated endotoxin levels.
Risk Statement: There is reasonable probability that injectable products with elevated endotoxin levels could cause significant medical events including fevers, hypotension, inflammatory reactions, anaphylactic shock and death. Centric Compounding has received 9 reports of fever, chills, chest pain, nausea/vomiting, headache, and/or malaise.
The products are used to support immunity, fatigue, and general wellness and are packaged in 30mL multidose vials. The affected Glutathione, Myer’s Cocktail, and Tri-Immune Boost lots include the following lot numbers and expiration dates:
