Genesis 2025-2026 G80 and other models recall: Instrument panel display Failure/FMVSS 101

Genesis 2025–2026 G80, GV80, 2026 G80 “Electrified,” GV60, GV70 “Electrified” and GV70 vehicles are affected; owners can check involved VINs on NHTSA.gov. A software error may cause the instrument panel display to fail, preventing critical information like the speedometer or fuel gauge from showing and thus failing FMVSS 101. Owners are advised to disable the high definition (HD) radio until the audio‑video navigation software is updated over‑the‑air or inspected and updated by a dealer free of charge; owner letters were mailed beginning February 17, 2026.
