The reservoirs may leak at the joint between the luer connector and tubing, which could delay or interrupt therapy, cause under‑delivery of medication, exposure to infectious or toxic agents, or air embolus. A total of 185,688 units distributed nationwide in specified US states and to multiple countries worldwide are included in the recall.
