It was banned from marketing and recalled because insulation is insufficient, the power supply lacks a mechanical wire strain relief and the mains plug is undersized, creating a risk of electric shock; consumers must comply with the compulsory product recall by the distributor.

The hazard
The product's insulation is insufficient. and the power supply unit lacks a mechanical wire strain relief device. Additionally, the mains plug is undersized and its face plate has incorrect dimensions. The user could touch live parts and receive an electric shock.
The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60598-1 and EN 60598-2-20.
