It was recalled because it lacks sufficient insulation and a proper wire strain relief, allows single‑pole plug insertion, and has a mains plug that does not meet dimensional requirements, creating an electric shock risk and failing Low Voltage Directive and EN 60598-1/2-20 standards. The hazard
