It was recalled because it lacks sufficient insulation, the controller box lacks a strain relief device and the cord extension socket allows single‑pole insertion exposing live parts, posing an electric shock risk and not complying with the Low Voltage Directive and EN 60598. Consumers must return the product to the distributor under the compulsory recall.
