The MEADE anti-stress/fidget set of four chains — interconnected metal rings, rollers and chain links sold in a 14.5 x 10.5 cm plastic bag (origin China) — is affected. It was withdrawn from the market because the nickel release is too high (measured up to 3.0 µg/cm2/week), which can cause allergic reactions; the product does not comply with the REACH regulation and was subject to compulsory withdrawal by the distributor.
