The hazard
Specific item(s) and lot(s) of Medline Convenience Kits Containing Cannula Components with Female Luer Lock Connectors are being recalled. Medline has identified that the components do not conform to ISO 80369-7 dimensional requirements. The nonconforming dimensions may result in a loose, unstable, or detached Luer Lock connection and, in certain cases, may contribute to leaking or breaking during use, so customers will be directed to remove and destroy affected components.
