Product name on the item: Black Hair Dye Shampoo

The hazard

According to the list of ingredients, the product contains p-phenylenediamine (PPD), phenylmethylpyrazolone, m-aminophenol and n,n-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine sulfate, which are prohibited in shampoos. These substances can cause an allergic skin reaction.

The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
