CanadaArmedica MFG’s Quantum Intersegmental Table (models AMQ400H and AMQ400PH/AMQ401PH; serial/lot numbers Q11163, Q11355, Q14331, Q13490) is being recalled because the heat function may become damaged over time when patients press on heat-function areas, which can lead to overheating, smoldering and melting of the vinyl cushion. Customers are to be notified and will be provided instructions on how to disable the heat function.
