Ricon hidden frame windows sold through Prevost Parts and Prevost Service Center are affected; see Nova Bus’ attached document for specific part number information. They were recalled because inadequate adhesion around the window frame may allow the glass to detach, failing FMVSS 217 and increasing the risk of ejection, injury, and road hazards. Nova Bus will inspect and replace the windows free of charge; owner letters were mailed June 8, 2026, VINs will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning June 8, 2026, and customers can call 1-450-472-6410 (recall ER26501).
