How to identify it

2025 Ram PROMASTER

The hazard

Issue:

On a small number of vehicles, the compliance label may not list the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), gross axle weight rating (GAWR) information, and/or the tire and rim sizes. This could lead you to overload the vehicle, which could cause poor handling or a tire failure. Additionally, when the rims and tires are replaced, the wrong rims and/or tires could be installed.

Safety Risk:

Poor handling or a tire failure could cause a loss of vehicle control and result in a crash.

Corrective Action:

FCA Canada will notify owners in writing and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the compliance label.
