The hazard
On certain vehicles, the speedometer and tachometer in the instrument cluster may not work correctly.
A speedometer that doesn't display the correct vehicle speed could lead you to drive too fast without knowing. This could increase the risk of a crash.
What to do
Ford will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your vehicle to a dealership to replace the instrument cluster.
