Certain Forest River RV trailers — specifically 2022–2026 Coachmen ADRENALINE; 2023–2024 Coachmen RIVERSTONE and WORK AND PLAY; 2024 Coachmen TAKODA; 2025 Coachmen CHAPARRAL and CEDAR CREEK; and 2026 Coachmen PHOENIX — are affected. The hidden hinges for the ramp door may fail, which could cause the ramp door to break when loading or unloading and increase the risk of injury. Forest River recommends not using the ramp door until repairs are completed and will notify owners by mail to take their RV trailer to a dealership to install support brackets.
