Affected products: FreeO2 Automated Oxygen Therapy Device Adult & Pediatric; Lot or serial number: Version HW 1.2; Model or catalogue number: FO2-110-00

The hazard

A battery reading error may occur when certain Freeo2 HW 1.2 devices are restarted following an upgrade from software version 1.2.X to 1.4.X. The error is immediately detectable, prevents the device from being returned to service and requires installation of a resistor at position R39.
