Certain 2025–2027 IC Bus CE school buses in Canada equipped with a left- or right-side emergency door are affected; look for CE model school buses from those model years. The side emergency door body panels may not have been attached correctly, which can fail joint strength requirements and could allow panels to separate in a crash, increasing the risk of injury. International Motors will notify owners by mail and advise taking the bus to a dealership for inspection and, if necessary, adding screws to the interior joints.
