Keystone RV trailers — specifically 2024–2026 VOLTAGE and 2025–2026 RAPTOR and FUZION models — are affected. The hidden hinges for the ramp door may fail, allowing the ramp door to break when loading or unloading items into the rear garage and increasing the risk of injury. Keystone advises you not to use the ramp door until repairs are completed; Keystone will notify owners by mail and ask that you take the RV to a dealership to install support brackets.
