Nova Bus LFS ARTIC (2013–2014) and Nova Bus LFS (2015–2025) transit buses are affected; the plastic glazing panel on the interior door separating the driver from passengers may lack the required marking that identifies the type of glazing panel. Because the missing marking could lead to installing the wrong panel, an incorrect panel could reduce visibility and increase the risk of a crash. Nova Bus will notify owners by mail and provide instructions to replace the plastic glazing panel with one that has the correct markings.
