Philips Azurion 7M20 systems with the FlexArm ceiling‑mounted system, model 722234, are affected. The motorized longitudinal movement of the FlexArm stand may be inconsistent or become unavailable due to grease leakage from the bearings and/or anti‑corrosion oil, which can cause excessive lubrication on the ceiling rail and reduce friction between the rails and the friction wheel.

The hazard

The motorized longitudinal movement of the FlexArm stand may be inconsistent (not smooth) and eventually may become unavailable.
