Qihang USB charger set sold as “FAST CHARGER” (type QH‑Z50, barcode 6923450650509) — a white and grey mains‑plug battery charger with a single USB‑C port and a white cable, packaged in a cardboard box with a transparent plastic window — is affected. It was recalled because it lacks adequate insulation between the primary and secondary circuits, so the secondary USB port and connected cable can become live under mains voltage, posing an electric shock risk. Marketing is banned and distributors have been ordered to withdraw the product from the market and recall it from consumers.

The hazard
